A 50% non-refundable, non-transferable retainer is required to secure your booking. The remainder is due by cash or e-transfer at your appointment.

 

Cancellations must be done with 72 hours notice.

Bridal Trials must be booked a minimum of 3 months before the contract date.

Trials are done in-studio, Monday-Wednesday only.

 

Any cancellations or adjustment to services made after the contract is signed and retainer accepted, will still be liable to pay the remainder of the quoted amount.

 

Any bookings with a start before 7am will have a $30 surcharge.

Any bookings with a start before 5am will have a $50 surcharge.

Tips are not required but are appreciated.

Bridal bookings must be booked as a Bridal Appointment. If booked as a regular service, your appointment will be cancelled. This includes up to the day of the booking.
